Volunteers are the heart of SoléAna Stables. Whether you simply enjoy helping others, have a love of horses or are talented in other ways, we have a place for you!
Volunteering at SoléAna Stables is more than donating time and service – its about donating love, compassion and a willingness to play an active role in the success of our Riders. Simply put: we would not exist without the dedication, loyalty, and hard work of our Volunteers.
There are many individual reasons why people volunteer at SoléAna Stables but all provide the chance to join a thriving, nurturing community whose mission is to enrich the lives of people with special needs through the healing power of horses.

As a Volunteer you may choose from a variety of activities depending on your interests and abilities.
Beyond the Barn Volunteering
If volunteering at the barn is not where you “shine”, there are many other opportunities to volunteer and use your talents!

BOARD MEMBER: Be a part of a team that is committed to the mission of SoléAna Stables and is passionate in bringing our program to even more families.

OUTREACH Team: Attend various local events to help promote SoléAna Stables and reach more families and future Volunteers.

OFFICE Volunteer: Assist staff with general office support such as research and data entry.

SPECIAL EVENTS Committee: Assist with our fundraising efforts throughout the year.

SPECIAL SKILLS Volunteer: Provide expertise in a variety of fields: photography/ videography, technology, grant writing, marketing, public relations and landscaping to name few.

The best part of volunteering at SoléAna Stables are the relationships we have formed with the Riders.
They are generally happy when they arrive and we see them smiling even more by the end of their lesson. It’s the best! It is awesome being a part of the SoléAna Stables family because it is a place where we see genuine love in action.
